TUT Quotations, Prospective students please note: No quotation will be issued unless your Application for Admission is approved and you were accordingly informed in writing.
The Council of the Tshwane University of Technology reserves the right to adjust the fees payable without prior notice.
- Tuition fees are payable per subject, except in the case of a thesis.
- If a subject is repeated, the required class fees have to be paid again.
It is the applicant’s responsibility to find out about additional costs for every programme.

If you need a quotation for bursary application purposes, after your application for admission is approved, you should fax or e-mail a request including the following information:
- Student number
- Surname and initials
- ID number
- E-mail address (Compulsory)
- Cell phone number
- Course code or description
- The subjects you need to be quoted for

Your quotation will be e-mailed to you within (5) five days after the date of your e-mail request for a quotation. Enquiries before the (5) five days expired will not be attended to.
Should you have already registered your subjects online for the 1st and/or 2nd semester a quotation afterwards will be irrelevant. You should request a financial statement containing all the subjects you registered, the subject prices as well as your outstanding balance from our financial department at the following e-mail addresses: odendaalk@tut.ac.za or moremp@tut.ac.za
NOTE: NOTE: A CLEAR COPY OF YOUR ID DOCUMENT SHOULD BE ATTACHED TO ALL E-MAILED AND FAXED ENQUIRIES/REQUESTS/APPLICATIONS. FAILURE TO ATTACH THE ID DOCUMENT COPY WILL RESULT IN YOUR ENQUIRY BEING DISCARDED WITHOUT ANY NOTICE.
