Tshwane University of Technology was founded by the merger of three technikons: Technikon Northern Gauteng, Technikon North-West, and Technikon Pretoria.

There are two ways of getting the TUT admission application form:

Apply Online

Tshwane University of Technology is now accepting applications for the 2023 academic year. Application deadlines for undergraduate study programmes for both South African and overseas nationals are set on specified dates in the year prior to the year of study. Check the list of deadlines provided below to ensure that your application is submitted on time. To utilise the Online Application System, you’ll need internet access and an email address that you can check on a regular basis because once you submit your online application, you’ll receive an email with your student number (EMPLID) as confirmation of receipt.
