PIC Bursary Online Application 2024: Bursary Application Form 2024
The Public Investment Corporation (PIC) Bursary Online Application for 2024-2025 is open and the closing date is 17 November 2023. All those who are interested can apply online for this bursary via https://www.pic.gov.za.
The PIC provides a scholarship program that finds previously disadvantaged learners from specific groups who wish to study and have academic potential. Candidates with a proven need for financial assistance and an innovative business plan will be evaluated for these bursaries. PIC Bursary Online Application 2024
PIC Bursaries Available for People Living with Disabilities for the 2024 academic year:
Students who intend to study in the following fields should apply:
- Accounting, Auditing & Finance (Corporate & Investment)
- Information Communications & Technology/Computer Science
- Investment Management
- Internal Audit
- Risk and Compliance Management
- Actuarial Science and Mathematical Statistics
- Economics
- Data Analytics, Research
- Law

PIC Bursary Application Requirements for 2024
- Only unemployed people living with disability (under 30 years) should apply. (Proof of disability must be attached)
- Currently in matric or have completed matric
- Students registered at an accredited institute of Higher Learning in South Africa, at the undergraduate level (NQF 6 and 7) for the above-mentioned fields of study (This must be the first qualification)
- Be in financial need
- Academic achievement will be considered
Public Investment Corporation (PIC) Bursary Application Instructions for 2022 Form:
- All compulsory fields (*) must be completed
- All supporting documents must be certified (certified copies must not be older than 3 months at the submission date)
- The application form must be signed by the applicant and Parent/Guardian in the case of minors
- Incomplete application forms and/or falsified, uncertified, invalid documentation will not be considered

PIC Bursary Supporting Documents Checklist for 2024
Below are the supporting documents needed to apply Public Investment Corporation (PIC) Online Application for the 2024-2025 academic year:
- Completed application form for 2024
- A copy of a valid RSA identity document
- Proof of disability (medical certificate)
- Academic transcripts (if currently enrolled at an accredited tertiary institution)
- Matric Certificate (or Grade 11 and June results if currently in Grade 12)
- Copy of signed student study loan agreement or contract (if applicable)
- Preliminary acceptance letter(s) from an accredited tertiary institution
- Quotation (tuition, books, learning institution accredited accommodation and meals)
- Proof of monthly household income and dependents. Example of household income:

- Salary or wage slips if employed or affidavit if unemployed
- Death certificate if deceased
- SASSA letter stating grants received if applicable
- Affidavit stating annual income if self-employed
- Letter from the court stating the child support amount if parents are divorced or an affidavit from a parent stating the child support amount received if parents are separated
