The CSIR Bursary programme for the 2024-2025 academic year financially supports full-time, unemployed students in obtaining qualifications in areas that are deemed a priority by the CSIR.

CSIR Bursary Application Requirements 2024
All those who would like to apply for CSIR Bursary for the 2024 intake must meet the following requirements:
- Must be a South African Citizen
- Planning to enrol full-time at a South African University for 2024
- For current grade 12 students, English Level 5, Mathematics Level 6 and Physics Level 6

- Bursary allocation year per application type: CSIR Bursary will be allocated for the 2024 academic year
