TUT Varsity Lodge offers top-quality student accommodation consisting of 219 four-bedroom units, accommodating 800 students. The complex is comfortable, quiet, and within walking distance from the Tshwane University of Technology. We also have a shuttle service that transports students to the university. Four Bedroom Units
Each four-bedroom unit shares a kitchen and a bathroom. Each bedroom is furnished with the following:
- Bed.
- Desk and Chair.
- Built-in Cupboards.

Kitchen
The kitchen and bathroom are shared by 4 students and are only equipped with a two-plate stove. Students need to bring their own cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils, pots, and pans.
Cleaning Services
We have cleaning ladies who clean the common areas and bathrooms in all the units from Monday to Friday. They are under no circumstances allowed in the bedrooms and the dishes are the students’ duty to clean. It is up to the students to keep their room neat. Having a clean unit means having a pest-free environment.
Office & Maintenance
The office is open from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:00. We inspect the communal areas in the units every week to see if there are any problems. All round maintenance is done daily to ensure complete safety for all the students. Management is available after hours for any emergencies.
