TUT BACHELOR OF NURSING
Admission requirement(s):
A National Senior Certificate with a Bachelor’s Degree Endorsement, or an equivalent qualification, with at least a 4 on the achievement scale for Life Sciences, 4 on the achievement scale for Mathematics, and 4 on the achievement scale for English (home language or first extra language).

Alternative and foreign credentials will be evaluated for admission based on the equivalents provided by the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA). Please be aware that an A-level or a Senior Certificate is the minimum required for registration as a learner nurse with the South African Nursing Council.

Selection criteria:

Candidates must have an Admission Point Score (APS) of at least 25 (excluding Life Orientation) to be accepted for this certification.
