Applications to the Tshwane University of Technology for the 2025-2026 academic year open in March 2024 and close on 30 September 2024. Interested applicants cannot submit applications after the deadline.
The Tshwane University of Technology Application Fee for 2025-2026
A non-refundable application fee of R240 is required for the TUT online application 2024. It must be submitted with your application form. This fee covers the administrative costs of processing application forms and is non-refundable if your application is rejected.

No person may be registered as a student in a programme of TUT unless he or she has complied with the following

- A minimum pass in English at the Senior Certificate level.
- Each course has its own set of specific admission criteria.

- Some programs may require students to take an admission test. the results of this test will determine admission to the program or recommend enrolment in a relevant foundation course.

Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy?
All learners are required to take one of the two subjects for NSC-G purposes
