Re-Apply for NSFAS Application 2024-2025
The National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS) Online Re-Application for 2024-2025 is open to all candidates. Therefore, the management board of NSFAS is inviting prospective students to re-apply and register for the 2024 intake.
How to Re-Apply and Register for NSFAS Application 2024-2025
In order to re-apply and register, please ensure that you have a valid copy of your South African ID or unabridged birth certificate copy before you register your profile. Follow the steps below:
- Please go to www.nsfas.org.za using your computer or smartphone
- Click myNSFAS tab at the right top menu of the NSFAS page
- Then you click on “Register”
- Ensure that you check the box to allow NSFAS to verify your details
- Capture the ID number as it is stated on your ID document
- Enter your full names and surname as per your ID document in the space provided
- Enter your working email address
- Then, you confirm your email address
- Type in your cellphone number
- Proceed to create your password. Make sure that you create a password that you can remember
- Then, confirm the password you have created
- Upload your ID copy (National ID or unbridged birth certificate)
- Click “Register”
- An OTP will be sent to the email address and the cellphone number you provided (this OTP expires after 24 hours)
- Type in the OTP and click “Submit” to complete your re-application or re-registration for NSFAS 2024
- You have now completed your re-registration process.
PLEASE NOTE: TO COMPLETE YOUR APPLICATION OR REGISTRATION, YOU WILL NEED A COPY OF YOUR ID. FOR USERS WITH THE ID CARD MAKE SURE THAT YOU UPLOAD A COPY REFLECTING BOTH SIDES OF YOUR ID CARD.
