TUT Online Application Re-admission 2025-2026:

If you have previously studied at the Tshwane University of Technology and wish to return, their online readmission application is the perfect way to do so. With the online application process provided in this article, students can easily apply for readmission from anywhere, at any time. Kindly read through this post to know the application process.

Note: Distance Education: Durban and Cape Town students who were inactive or not registered prior and up to the first semester of 2024, may apply for re-admission for 2024 and will only be allowed to register for 2024 after and if their re-admission applications are approved by the Academic Department.​

Before proceeding with the online application for re-admission, it is essential to ensure that you meet the following eligibility criteria:

  • You must have previously been registered as a student at TUT.
  • You should not have any outstanding fees or academic obligations with the university.
  • Your re-admission application must be submitted within the specified deadline for the 2025-2026 academic year.

  • Go to the Tshwane University of Technology official website at www.tut.ac.za.
  • Locate the ‘Re-admission’ section on the homepage and click on it.
  • Create an Account or Login
  • Complete the Online Application Form
  • Ensure you upload all the necessary documents, such as academic transcripts, ID or passport, and proof of previous registration at TUT.
  • Review and Submit Your Application
  • Click on the ‘Submit’ button to complete your re-admission application.
