The Tshwane University of Technology, TUT Online Application 2024-2025 Academic year will be open from March 2024 to September 2024 for all Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses. In view of this, prospective applicants who wish to study at TUT for the 2024 academic session must apply for admission before the closing date or deadline. 2. Click on “Apply Now” at the top right of the page
3. This takes you to the “Academic Application Process” page
4. Read the application instructions before you proceed
5. If you already have a student number, TUT will provide a URL to log into the institution Portal
6. New applicant, please continue with your application
7. Answer the question and continue with your application
8. Enter your Student Number and your PIN to register
9. Complete and submit your application online for review

TUT Application Fee 2024-2025

All prospective applicants applying to study at TUT for the 2024 academic cycle must pay an online application fee of R240. Please, remember that the application fee paid to the institution is not refundable even if you decide not to study at TUT or do not meet the academic admission requirements for your chosen programme.

Applicants applying to study at Tshwane University of Technology (TUT) must submit the following supporting documents:

• Certified copies of your identity document
• Senior Certificate/National Senior Certificate
• All other relevant documents as required

All applicants must meet the following minimum general admission requirements before they can be registered as a student in a programme at TUT

• A pass mark in English at Senior Certificate level (minimum additional language; certain programmes may require first or home language status)
• Students will be required to write an admission test for some qualifications
