APPLICATION FEE PAYMENT METHODS (NEW STUDENTS) 

Administration fee and accepted methods of payment

A non-refundable application fee of R240 is required with your application form to cover the administration costs of processing. Should your application be unsuccessful, this fee will not be returned. You can pay the application fee through direct bank deposit, Electronic/internet transfer or postal order. Please note that NO late application fee is payable.  The normal application fee applies to all applications for admission. Please make a copy of the proof of payment, keep the original with you, and submit a copy of your application form.

Confirmation deposit

A confirmation deposit of R500 must be paid within three weeks after the receipt of the acceptance letter, for us to reserve the student’s place in the programme. The deposit, less R240, will be refunded only if a prospective student is prevented from registering for valid reasons, for instance, if he or she fails Grade 12.

Registration/Deposit fee upon registration

  • A registration fee of R1,500 is due upon registration in both January/February and July. New students who have previously paid the R500 confirmation fee are only required to pay R1000 upon registration. Refer to a point below for banking details for registered students.
  • If a student cancels their registration during the designated period, they will receive a 100% credit but forfeit R240 from the class deposit.
  • A complete refund of fees paid will only be granted if the student is no longer eligible or has been excluded from the program.
