Who Qualifies For NSFAS Funding

To be eligible for bursaries applicant must meet these basic principles;

All South African citizens
All SASSA grant recipients qualify for funding
Applicants whose combined household income is not more than R350 000 per annum
A person with a disability: Combined household income must not be more than R600 000 per annum
Students who started studying before 2024 and whose household income is not more than R122 000 per annum.

To facilitate young people’s access to our TVET school, the government has provided funds in the form of scholarships to deserving students who need financial support and are willing to demonstrate the school’s potential for success. The Ministry of Education’s TVET College Scholarship Program supports or plans to enrol students in TVET colleges for National Vocational Certificate (NCV) programs, but they cannot fund their studies. me.
