Ikhala TVET College Second Semester Application 2024-2025 Opening Date

The online application Open date 2024-2025 begins on 1 June and closes on 30 September 2023. Therefore, applicants are requested to submit their applications by the deadline.

Admission Requirements

All qualified applicants wanting to study at the College must make sure they have the following available before attempting to apply:

A unique/valid Email address and cellphone number
3 certified copies of the ID of the Parent/Legal Guardian
3 certified copies of the ID of the Learner
South African applicants will need an ID number. Foreign applicants will need their passport numbers.
Copy of your school qualifications (eg Senior Certificate)
A certified copy of your latest results/Grade 9 or Higher;
Proof of Residence.

How to Apply to Ikhala TVET College

Ikhala College offers a wide range of quality and responsive courses for students to select from and study. The following courses are available in the college:

Step 1. Career Guidance

Follow this link to do an online Career Guidance Questionnaire: https://gostudy.net/ikhala

Step 2. Online Application

Identify the course you wish to study, career counseling is available on call if you are still not sure. Complete the online application for the chosen program/ course.

Step 3. Attach Documentation

Attach your application documentation (Certified ID Copy, Results, Next of Kin ID Copy, Photo). Your documents will be checked and approved if they are clear and certified but will be rejected if they are not clear or have an outdated date stamp.

Step 4. Selection

You will receive an e-mail after every step, updating you about the status of your application. After 30 September 2022, the college will start the selection process and communicate with you regarding the status of your application via email & SMS. The e-mail will have the registration details.

Step 5. Accept Offer

If you are admitted, you will receive an email & SMS informing you that you are “Provisionally Accepted” and you will be expected to Accept the offer on your Student Portal and print the Enrolment form.

Step 6. Registration

Once your application has been submitted, the college will inform you if you have been admitted and you will be required to write a pace test, thereafter you are expected to attend classes.
